Day 133 - May 12: Green Onions

Day 133 - May 12: Green Onions

Booker T and the MGs!!! OK, it's not plural, it's only one, but it is called the Green Onion, the Mushroom or, officially, the Horton Waterspheroid! 132 feet tall, 62 feet wide and holding 500,000 gallons of water, it was completed in 1958 (the same year I was completed) and, at the time, was the world's tallest water tower. That's just kinda cool!
