Oh my, another photo challenge?!?! The always amazing Alan Shapiro has created, and challenged me to, the #SplitToneFiveDayChallenge.
So first up, I just had to pick a shot that I took while on an outing with Alan. (No, sorry, we didn’t “come out”, we “went out”. Totally different thing.) A lovely old Olds, and I decided to tone for the nighttime, as though we were sitting at the drive in.
This was split toned in blues
Highlight hue of 264/Saturation 100
Shadow hue of 216/Saturation 82
Balance toward the highlights at +79
And I’m calling on the dear Lauri Novak to give this a shot!
